Randy O’Neil directs and manages KLD’s global sales operation for its Research Product lines. Prior to joining KLD, Randy was a Partner at Michael Ross Associates, representing independent financial research firms in sales and marketing. At Thomson Financial Services, he promoted real time capital markets and fixed income intelligence to leading Wall Street trading and sales desks and was the first sales representative for Thomson’s First Call Research Direct platform. Randy eventually assumed VP of Sales and Marketing responsibilities for the International Finance Review Division.

During his career, Randy also sold collaborative tools for IntraLinks and Kubi Software and held senior management positions at ISI Emerging Markets and Lewtan Technologies.

Randy received his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in Political Science and moonlights as a boxing instructor at the Beacon Hill Athletic Club in Boston.
