Prior to joining KLD, Jesse worked for IMCC, an international development consulting firm. Her previous work experience included work as an investment analyst for The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF), a member-controlled not-for-profit cooperative, and as a foreign exchange analyst in the Global Capital Markets division of FleetBoston Financial.

Jesse received her B.S. in Finance from San Francisco State University. She graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa with a diploma in African Peacekeeping and Diplomacy, and graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam with a Masters in International Development.
