Nelle is the Assistant Manager of KLD’s Client Services department. She works directly with clients that subscribe to KLD’s research products, including SOCRATES, Compliance, PASS, and STATS to ensure customer satisfaction. She also assists in the day to day management of the client services team.

Nelle began her career in socially responsible investing as a Research Assistant at KLD in 2001.  In this capacity, she assisted the Consulting Department with emerging markets research and research by client request.  Prior to joining the Client Services Department she was an Analyst at KLD for several years reporting on the social and environmental performance of companies in the materials and processing, forestry and timber, and utilities sectors. Nelle also managed seven of KLD’s involvement reports covering controversial business areas including alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and nuclear power and coordinated the Research Department's spring and summer internship programs.

Nelle graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in History from Bridgewater State College.  As a student, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History National Honor Society and was recognized for her achievements as a Scholar Athlete.
