Patricia
Reinhardt Elected To KLD Board Of Directors
KLD
recently welcomed Patricia Reinhardt as the newest member of its
Board of Directors.
Throughout
her career, Ms. Reinhardt has been instrumental in the success and
social impact of firms in various industries, including education,
government consulting, and real estate. She currently serves as
Managing Director of DRS Capital, LLC, a partnership she founded
in 2003 that invests funds in New England-based companies requiring
guidance through key growth stages.
From
1998 through 2001, Ms. Reinhardt served as CEO of Digi-Block, Inc.,
a company specializing in educational products that today are in
more than 7,000 classrooms nationwide. Ms. Reinhardt began her career
in commercial real estate finance as Director of Development at
Trowbridge Associates, where she led the development of supportive
housing communities for homeless men, women and children in Boston
and Detroit, creating a new model offering permanent housing with
supportive services such as life and job skill training and counseling
for drug and alcohol addiction.
Currently,
Ms. Reinhardt serves on the Board of Advisors for two non-profit
organizations, REACH, a group that works with victims of domestic
violence, and CEEH, Committee to End Elder Homelessness. She is
an active member of the Boston Club, where she sits on its Corporate
Board Resource Committee, and the Turnaround Management Association
of Boston. Ms. Reinhardt is also a member of the MIT Enterprise
Forum, Ideasphere, and The Commonwealth Institute.
Ms.
Reinhardt earned a Master's degree at the John F. Kennedy School
of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in economics
from Mary Washington University in Virginia.
