  • The Rouse Company provides a number of generous employee benefits including six to eight weeks paid maternity leave; four weeks paid parental leave and financial assistance for adoptions; on-site child care; alternate work schedules; health and other benefits coverage to same-sex domestic partners of its employees and educational assistance including General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and English for Students of Other Languages (ESOL) programs. The Rouse Company has a longstanding and exceptional commitment to equal opportunity employment. The company has minority and women recruitment programs; sets annual diversity goals including senior management and has a program to identify minorities and women who have strong potential for advancement.
